Can I really get a new free product every month?

Yes! We provide a new Free Product every month to all subscribers - simply sign up with your email using the box at the end of the home page to join the list to receive a secret link to a new free product every month! We won't send you any additional emails.

Can I get Free Shipping on my order?

Yes! Simply place any order above $40 in value, and we’ll take care of shipping. This includes orders with promotional free items.

Do you send order and shipping confirmation emails?

All customers are sent a confirmation email at the time their order is placed and once again following shipping.

I only received one item. Where is the rest of my order?

Don’t worry. Items are sometimes shipped individually depending on availability so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Therefore it is normal for you to receive your items separately.

Why have I not received a shipping confirmation email for my purchase?

All customers are sent a dispatch confirmation email to the email provided by the customer at the time purchase, once their order has been processed and dispatched. Sometimes this email can end up in your spam or junk mail folder depending on your mail filter.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes! If you received the wrong item or the item hasn’t arrived within 45 working days, we will refund or replace your order upon request. Please note that the promotional free products are excluded from our refund policy.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 10-20 working days from the date an order is placed, however in rare instances orders can take longer due to location and stock availability. 

Items dispatched within the United States, Canada, and Australia usually arrive earlier than those to other destinations worldwide.

Items are dispatched as they become available, therefore if one item in your order is currently awaiting stock, your other items will be dispatched first therefore you may receive your items separately. 

Can I track my order?

Yes! We provide tracking for all orders above $40 in value. Please note that we are unable to provide tracking for the promotional free items.

What if I wish to cancel my order?

No problem! Simply email Support@ApparelBro.com with your Order Number and state that you wish to cancel. It would be helpful if you include ‘CANCEL ORDER’  in the email subject line so that your email is noticed immediately by our Support Team. Cancellation is possible at any time within two hours from the time you place your order. Your refund will be subject to a refund processing fee of $2.95. This fee can be waived in the event that a replacement order is made, once you provide us with the Order Number for your replacement order.

What if I used an incorrect shipping address?

No problem! Simply email Support@ApparelBro.com with your Order Number and tell us the shipping address you wish to use. It would be helpful if you include ‘CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS’ in the email subject line so that your email is noticed immediately by our Support Team. Your shipping address can be changed by our processing team at any stage prior to your order being dispatched.
